Elmeuclubesportiu.barcelona is a project to help the city’s sports clubs and organisations go digital with a professional website. It is aimed at those without a website or whose website is now obsolete.

Through Barcelona City Council, the Barcelona Institute for Sport (IBE) and the Fundació.cat, interested clubs can get a free website in up to two languages, with four sections where they can publish photographs, a description of their services, contact details and their location on a map. The website satisfies all legal requisites on data protection (RGPD), privacy policy and cookie notifications.

This means that besides getting a website, clubs and organisations can link their digital identity to the city and form part of the .barcelona community.

The offer period is open until 31 December 2023, or until the number of sites available is used up.
